At The Corner Essentials, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Change of Mind
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you need to adjust the size, variant, or other details, please contact our support team at hello@thecorneressentials.com within this timeframe to make changes before your order is processed.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return:

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and issue it to your original payment method. The Corner Essentials does not charge restocking fees for returns.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thecorneressentials.com.
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if applicable.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original one according to our return policy. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Orders
The Corner Essentials is not responsible for items marked as successfully delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacements for such cases. We recommend contacting the courier for further assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
